1. Who we are
Bulin 47 AI (bulin47ai.homes) is an independent AI video creation service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any performer, celebrity, social platform, model provider or rights holder referenced by a trend name.
2. Accounts
You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity on your account. You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your country.
3. Plans and billing
Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Monthly plans renew every month and annual plans renew every year until you cancel from billing settings. Prices are shown in US dollars and may exclude local taxes.
4. Uploaded images and consent
You must own or have permission to use every image you upload. You may not create misleading impersonation, non-consensual intimate content, harassment, fraud or any other unlawful material. We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these rules.
5. AI output and the queue
The current release provides a simulated generation queue and sample result. Outputs are probabilistic, may contain errors and should be reviewed before sharing. Features, model availability and queue timing may change.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use Bulin 47 AI to infringe intellectual property, violate privacy or publicity rights, impersonate a person deceptively, break the law or interfere with the service.
7. Availability
We work to keep the service online, but it is provided “as is” and may change or pause while we improve it. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from your use of generated content.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published when you make a purchase applies to that subscription until a later update takes effect.
